Park Heights Renaissance, Inc. is committed to providing housing counseling and all other housing related services to our clients. As a Housing Services Manager, I provide and inspire potential homebuyers, new and current homeowners, and tenants throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County with pre-purchase, post –purchase, mortgage default, foreclosure prevention and tenant/landlord counseling. One of my primary goals is to provide and promote self-sufficiency and empowerment to potential buyers. These intense workshops will inform you of the advantages of home ownership, review and evaluation of credit reports, the importance of adequate savings, the importance of job stability, the determination of affordability, available loan products, the importance of a home inspection, the loan process, the role of the title company, components of settlement, responsibilities of a home owner, effects of untimely and delinquent mortgage payments, conservation of utility cost, preserving assets, budgeting, accumulation of additional debt and the prevention of foreclosure proceedings.

By the end of each workshop you will be more knowledgeable about home ownership opportunities. In addition, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion that will allow you to take advantage of several financial assisted opportunities that are currently available.
