Incorporated in November 2007, Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is a non-profit 501c3 organization representing residents, businesses, religious institutions, schools, agencies and other stakeholders committed to shaping a better future for Park Heights.

Birthed from the Pimlico Community Development Authority (PCDA), PHR is the "on the ground" organization responsible for ensuring that objectives within the Park Heights Master Plan are implemented.

In January 2008, PHR opened their offices at 4151 Park Heights Avenue with a staff of three. Today, we have ten staff members and a team of hundreds of volunteers, all committed to transforming the Park Heights community.
