Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) has recently instituted the PHR Fellows Internship Program for matriculating juniors and seniors in college or Master’s degree students interested in learning more about real estate development and urban renewal.

Program participants will work directly with Cheo Hurley, PHR’s Vice President of Community and Economic Development, to assist in implementing the Park Heights Master Plan. Interested students who qualify will gain a semester of hands-on experience while earning credit hours.
